I was listening to a Zen talk yesterday and the main message I took from it was...our greatest source of struggle is thinking life is something we have to figure out, life is something we have to let be. Sounds like your daughter is helping you see that with her pointing things out, those little ones are always snapping us back to the present moment. So grateful to see you arrive in my inbox today.

How much wisdom four little ones hold if we only allow ourselves sto soften into it. Welcoming your name so gladly too and looking forward to reading more than just your name soon. 🙏🏼

Yes, if we allow ourselves to soften. Absolutely no rush out of that postpartum bubble!

Beautiful Julia, so happy to see you here as you are suspended in your new chapter. I loved reading your inner and outer observations, it all feels very familiar in my body. There is no rush. Sending love and tenderness to you xxxx

Thank you for holding me and for the love and tenderness, I feel it. And thank you for making me feel comfortable in the knowledge that these feelings are shared. I look forward to being back to your words soon, Lyndsay ✨

You write so beautifully ☺️

I so feel you on all of the self reflections and what should I be doing questions. How special it is that these little ones bring us back to presence and their delight in the beauty of nature.

I go on daily morning beach walks at the moment and it’s always a mindfulness practice with my son stopping to look for tiny spiders in the shrub, crabs in the sand, shells and sticks and whatever else he comes across. It’s been such a positive way to start our days x

Thank you for taking me on a short walk on the beach on your side of the planet and for making me feel less alone in these feelings, Georgia ♥️

What beautiful scene and reflections. Dancing with words, weaving sentences in a way where I want to know what comes next, what will she point at, what connections will your brain make…. ✨

Lovely! Don't get caught up in all the inner talk. It ALL goes so fast. Just take it one step at a time and stay present with your kids and yourself. Let yourself just be there and grow with them as they grow. Everything will work itself out. XO
